"I was in Adam's Biker Outlet today. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from the Donna. Although thety didn't have exactly what I was looking for she was so helpful and told me that she would be able to order anything that they didn't have in stock and I would be able to have it in a couple of days! She was a great help and so friendly, I will definately shop there again.

"Adam is committed to satisfying customers. Bought a new exhaust system and the heat shields had dimples in them which I didn't notice until after I installed them. Adam was on the phone right away and he had two new heat shields on the way and I had them in a week. Customer service is second to none. What you want is either there or he will get in just a few days. "

"This LUCAS stuff seems to be working great. I bought 1 bottle of OCTAIN BOOST and tried it. I wanted to make sure it worked so I bought another bottle. My milage has increased by about 7mpg. I am still waiting for the 3rd bottle as I just filled up with it. I promised Adam I'd give this an honest run. So far so good. Doug"

"I bought a motorcycle polish called Lucas slick mist and it was wonderful.All you have to do is spray on a wipe off and your bike will shine like new.I was very disappointed in the size of the shop,and that they really don't have much it the way of chrome for many bikes.I will be back to buy things there even if I have to wait for it to come in because the people there are very friendly and they are willing to do any thing they can to make you happy."
